Hi, I'm Sibylle! I created the Cozy Home Method to help busy women transform their homes into peaceful sanctuaries — without perfectionism or endless to-do lists. Your home should feel like a hug, not a homework assignment.

I'm a German living in sunny Florida, and I'll be honest — when I was younger, I wasn't the tidiest person. But even in my most chaotic years, I always cared about how my home felt.

I wanted that German Gemütlichkeit — that cozy, warm feeling of true comfort. That difference matters.

In 2024, my method got the ultimate test: we moved from North Carolina to Florida, into one of our own fully furnished Airbnbs.

Picture it: moving boxes everywhere, no immediate place to put anything, a space that was set up for guests not for us, and our businesses still running the whole time. It took almost a year to get back to normal.

(I still have one moving box sitting in my office. Don't tell anyone.)

But here's the thing — even in that chaos, our home still felt okay.

Not perfect. But calm enough. Cozy enough. Because the method works, even when life doesn't.

Today, I run three 5-star Airbnbs in St. Augustine, and guests always say the same thing: "It just feels so cozy here." I also run multiple businesses with my husband, and somewhere along the way, I built a Karate career (I'm a 3rd Dan black belt) and became a certified Success Coach.

Focus, purposefulness, and endurance, as well as helping people create real, lasting change, are at the heart of everything I do — including helping you create a peaceful home.
